Products delivery information is displayed on each individual product page.


In-Stock (Ready stock) – This is when the product is in the UK or Malaysia and ready to ship, all this process has is packaging and padding of the product and picking a courier. As soon as the courier picks up the package a tracking code is automatically sent by us with the link to the customer’s email attached to the order.


In-Stock 5-14 Days – This is when the product is in storage in the warehouse of our suppliers, the time that it takes is longer since the product needs to be packed and shipped on a pallet with several other products, passed onto a courier and delivered to the UK or Malaysia. As soon as it arrives in the UK or Malaysia, it goes through all the steps of the Next day delivery, meaning it is picked from the pallet, packed and padded and passed onto the courier. When the courier sends over the tracking number, we will automatically email you with the link and code to track the order!


Pre-order – This is a specific situation where we do not stock this item. When your order comes in we place an order with the manufacturer. This can take 2-4 weeks to arrive at our UK or Malaysia warehouse (it depends on each manufacturer and where they are based). Get in touch with us after placing your order, or even before, so that we are able to provide a more accurate time frame. Be aware that when you place an order on an item that is “On Request” we are unable to cancel the order. Reason being we place an order with the manufacturer as well and we cannot cancel this one.


Malaysia Standard Delivery

Providing all your items are in stock, order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after you have made payment [excluding Weekends and Public Holidays].

Our West Malaysia Delivery charges are fixed at RM8 regardless of order size or value. It is free of charge if your order over RM 99.

Our East Malaysia Delivery charges are fixed at RM13 regardless of order size or value. It is free of charge if your order over RM 189.

Order tracking is available for Courier deliveries.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 9am and 5pm and a signature may be required on receipt. We suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you a new delivery date or how you can pick it up.

If for any reason our delivery service provider cannot deliver your order on the third delivery date it will return your order to us, and we will cancel your order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable charges we have incurred.



UK Standard Delivery

 Jajambo has international warehouses based in the UK and Malaysia. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible. Customers will receive orders via our UK courier partners and do NOT need to deal with any custom affairs. See below for expected delivery times. Please also be aware that next day delivery is NOT currently available for UK customers

As always, we work really hard to process your orders as quickly as possible. Providing all your items are in stock, the below delivery options and estimated timings will help you to decide the perfect service when placing your order.


1. Royal Mail 1st Class - Available for UK Delivery only Estimated delivery of 2-3 working days £3.50 - or FREE over £60
2. Royal Mail 2nd Class - Available for UK Delivery only Estimated delivery within 7 working days £2.50
3. Courier- Available for UK Delivery only Estimated delivery of 2-3 working days Free over £150


* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order., after that, we ship. International Delivery Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.



Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
